In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "q869" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to q869, the internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform accessible at q869.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses the q869 platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on q869, through which all betting, gaming, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player and held in their q869 account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by q869, subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency on the q869 platform for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and payment method verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" — the full range of betting, gaming, casino, and platform services offered by q869, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Keno, Fortune Ox, and all other products available on the platform.

By accessing the q869 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with q869's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the q869 platform and must not create an account. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the q869 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. q869 does not permit access to its gaming services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in the jurisdiction where the player is physically located.
2. You must be accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where participation in such activities would expose you or q869 to legal liability.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of q869, or of any company associated with the supply of games, software, or services to q869.

To access the full range of q869 Services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your q869 account:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on q869. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q869 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your q869 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.
• Account currency: PKR is the default account currency for players in Pakistan. Once your account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction fees are denominated in your account currency.

q869 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these registration requirements, pending further investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any funds associated with the account may be voided.

q869 supports a range of PKR-denominated payment methods for deposits, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your q869 account:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the q869 Cashier page at the time of deposit. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 500.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically instant.
• q869 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which q869 accepts no responsibility.
• q869 will not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities. Any deposits suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account suspended.

q869 is committed to processing PKR withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary fees. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• KYC requirement: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your registered payment method. q869 may request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawal to registered methods only: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your q869 account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Processing times: Standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 60 minutes during banking hours.
• No withdrawal fees: q869 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawal requests. Cryptocurrency withdrawal network fees may apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• Pending bets: Funds associated with unsettled bets or active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the relevant bets are settled or the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

q869 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms, pending investigation.

q869 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each individual bonus offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the q869 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category (slots, live casino, cricket betting, etc.) is specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated time limit will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus per household: Only one bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• q869's discretion: q869 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, for any reason, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed and games played on the q869 platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Keno, and Fortune Ox:

• All bets are placed and settled in your account currency (PKR for Pakistani players). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the Player.
• q869's odds, game results, and bet settlements are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, q869's records of the transaction and game result shall be considered definitive, subject to any independent review process described in Section 15.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet or entering the game and may be adjusted at q869's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display arising from a software error on q869's side, q869 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. q869 is not liable for losses arising from Player reliance on erroneous information caused by a technical fault.
• Cricket betting markets (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments) are governed by q869's Cricket Betting Rules document, which is available in the Help section of the platform. In the event of any inconsistency, the Cricket Betting Rules shall take precedence for cricket-specific market settlements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q869 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on q869, or assisting any third party to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not available to ordinary Players through the standard interface.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bet settlements.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to launder money through the q869 platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening q869 staff or other players through any communication channel.

q869 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling on q869 is intended for entertainment purposes only and must never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered q869 Players through the Account Dashboard at any time:

• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q869 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from the q869 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content on the platform.
• Use q869's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on q869 platform content.

Any unauthorised use of q869 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the offending party to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q869 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the q869 platform or any of its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond q869's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Loss of data resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access was facilitated by the Player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that was affected by a technical error subsequently corrected by q869.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit q869's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. q869's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q869 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — q869 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the q869 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

Either party may terminate the Player's q869 account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your q869 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations.
• q869-initiated closure: q869 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. q869 will attempt to notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. Applicable inactivity fee rates are published in the q869 Cashier section and will not reduce your balance below zero.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which q869 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, or the use of the q869 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

In the first instance, q869 encourages all Players to raise any complaint or dispute directly with our customer support team. Our support agents — available 24/7 in both English and Urdu — are trained to resolve account and betting disputes efficiently and fairly. The majority of disputes raised by Pakistani players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and elsewhere are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct customer support, it may be referred to q869's internal disputes escalation team. q869 will provide a formal written response within 10 business days of receiving an escalated dispute. If you remain unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body recognised by q869's licensing authority.
